Since 2001, 186 individuals have graduated from PIE. 74 participants have pursued higher education, 66 families have moved into new homes and 46 individuals have developed a new business.
Individuals find their way to the PIE program thanks to case managers, counselors, staff members and friends and family members of current/former PIE participants who encourage them to apply to the program and invest in a more stable future through homeownership, business or education. Recently, most participants came to PIE from hearing about the program from Boulder County Housing Authority, Building Homeowners Program, Family Self Sufficiency, Habitat for Humanity, and friends and family.
Below you will find the list of our current referral partners and their websites. This is also a great resource list if you or a family member need assistance or advice in the areas of homeownership or self-sufficiency or if you have more immediate needs for shelter, food, clothing, or mental health.
If you know of an organization or an individual that could benefit from additional information about the PIE program, please contact Nino Gallo at 303-441-3998.
