Elevation Community Land Trust is making homeownership possible for more Colorado families by offering affordable for-sale homes using the community land trust model. Currently, Elevation CLT has newly-remodeled and new construction homes available in metro Denver, Longmont and more communities to come soon. A full listing of for-sale homes is available here.
As more Coloradans struggle with rising rents and neighborhood displacement, Elevation CLT provides families with homeownership opportunities that allow them to remain in their communities, become more financial secure and build wealth for their futures. Research shows that affordable, safe and stable housing has long-term benefits for children’s development, including improved health, education and economic outcomes.
