ABOUT THE PERSONAL INVESTMENT ENTERPRISE (PIE) PROGRAM

The Personal Investment Enterprise (PIE) program is a local savings program provided through Community Action Programs of Boulder County and Mile High United Way. The program is designed for low-income families to enroll in financial literacy classes and save through a matched saving account at a rate of 4 to 1. The first step in applying to the program is to attend an orientation meeting with Nino Gallo at Community Action Programs at Boulder County. Homeownership is Possible

Elevation Community Land Trust is making homeownership possible for more Colorado families by offering affordable for-sale homes using the community land trust model. Currently, Elevation CLT has newly-remodeled and new construction homes available in metro Denver, Longmont and more communities to come soon. A full listing of for-sale homes is available here.

As more Coloradans struggle with rising rents and neighborhood displacement, Elevation CLT provides families with homeownership opportunities that allow them to remain in their communities, become more financial secure and build wealth for their futures.
