During this busy time of year, we would like to reflect on the many supporters that make the Personal Investment Enterprise program possible in Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Thanks to community volunteers, funders, and referral agencies, PIE has again seen a successful year for many in our communities who have overcome obstacles to reach their goals of a more stable financial future. 27 participants have enrolled in PIE so far this year and 17 participant families have graduated from PIE with the purchase of their first home, capitalized their business or pursued post-secondary education. Many are the first in their family to do so. We are grateful for the many individuals and organizations that make this the 21st year of PIE. Please thank anyone that you recognize below for their investment in our communities.

ABOUT THE PERSONAL INVESTMENT ENTERPRISE (PIE) PROGRAM
The Personal Investment Enterprise (PIE) program is a local savings program provided through Community Action Programs of Boulder County and Foothills United Way. The program is designed for low-income families to enroll in financial literacy classes and save through a matched saving account at a rate of 4 to 1. The first step in applying to the program is to attend an orientation meeting with Community Action Programs at Boulder County. For more information on the PIE program visit https://bouldercounty.gov/families/community-action-programs/personal-investment-enterprise/ or https://unitedwaydenver.org/personal-investment-enterprise-pie-program/.
